During the application process you are asked to provide us with your top three choices for a domain name. We check the availability of your top three choices based on the domain and the extension (i.e. .com or .ca). If one or more of the domain names are available then we register the top choice out of the available domains based on your selection in the application. If all of the desired domain names are unavailable, we will contact you with some suggestions of similar domain names that are available.
Your website package includes fees for the regular maintenance of the hosting, domain name registration, website updates, and search engine optimization. Your roofing website agreement is 12 months afterwhich you can cancel your account at any time without penalty. If you decide to cancel your account within the 12 month period you will be required to pay the remaining balance up to the last month of the agreement.
It typically takes 3-7 days to fully setup your new roofing website. However it may take longer depending on how quickly you send us your website content. Most of the information needed is collected during the signup process however some of the information must be sent afterwards (i.e. Gallery web page photographs). The faster you send us your content, the faster we setup your website.
We require several pieces of information in order to build your website. The more information you can provide about your company and your services the better, especially for search engines. For a more detailed outline of the documents we require please review our Getting Started Checklist. Some of the information we need to build your website is your company name, contact details, services, form fields for estimates page, gallery pictures, company logo etc.
Of course you can always add web pages in the future or at the time we setup your website. If you require more web pages just contact us and one of our representatives will be glad to assist you. If you require website updates to your existing web pages simply contact our tech support and we will update your website content. Website updates to your existing content is included as part of your monthly package. You will not be charged extra for updating your website content unless you are adding pages or new features such as a blog or newsletter (unless these features are already part of your package).

You do not have to use one of our templates for your website, however it is more cost-effective to do so.
